1. Return & Exchange Period We offer free returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your order (based on the delivery confirmation date). Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions Items qualify for free returns or exchanges if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must remain brand new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted for personal reasons (wrong size, color not as expected, etc.).
  • For quality issues (fabric damage, loose stitching, zipper malfunction, or other non-human-caused defects), we take full responsibility.

Items that do not qualify:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show clear signs of use.
  • Stains, deformation, or damage caused by personal use.
  • Sale, clearance, or custom-made items.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Within 7 days of receipt, contact us via “My Orders”, email (whopwhop23@outlook.com), or live chat.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and at least 3 clear photos (overall view, front & back, tags).
  3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours (on business days) and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with the return address.
  4. Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back (we recommend using a trackable service).
  5. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days and process your refund or exchange if it meets our conditions.

4. Important Notes

  • Refund amount = product price (original shipping fee is non-refundable).
  • We cover return shipping for quality issues; buyers are responsible for return shipping in cases of personal reasons.
  • For international orders, all returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in China. Cross-border returns may take longer — please be patient.
  • Refunds are usually issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
